The Revenue Cycle Group (RCG) department at UHB has been established
to serve as central support team for all financial decision support
applications. Among
the services we provide are complete support for:
Eagle 2000, General Ledger, Cost Accounting System, Enterprise
Solution System, Case Mix System, Velos, Financial/Statistical
Report, Track-It Help Desk, and all software and hardware at 710
and 711 Parkside Avenue.
 To
better serve our users, we have created an on line help desk system,
where you can report any problems/issues, monitor outstanding
requests, and run status reports. We also have an on line Enterprise
Reporting Solution, where we can distribute virtually any financial
report via an on-line web based interface.
